Transfer to Concordia

Transferring to Concordia has never been easier.

Finishing your degree made easy

Whether you’re finishing community college, coming from another university, or returning to school after some time off, Concordia is a great place to complete your bachelor’s degree.

We can directly transfer most associate degrees, and we accept block transfers from community colleges in Oregon, Washington, and California. Even if you don’t have your associate degree, we’ll find ways to make your credits count. Our transfer coordinators will walk you through every step of the process, answering questions and evaluating your credits.

The Concordia Difference

What does community mean to you? At Concordia University, it means you belong. You’re part of a family. A team. A close-knit campus where professors know you by name and everyone wants you to succeed. Most of all, it means being part of something bigger — and greater — than yourself.

New scholarships, just for you

Concordia University's tuition cost is among the lowest for private schools in the Northwest. With a variety of scholarships exclusively for transfer students, all the benefits of a small liberal arts college are within reach.

  • Transfer Honors Award $12,000
  • Transfer Merit Award $9,000
  • Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship: $2,500
  • FAFSA Filer Award: $1,000

Find yourself at Concordia

Small class sizes, one-on-one relationships with professors, hands-on internships in your field, and a supportive community could be the key to your college success. Why not see for yourself? Contact one of our transfer coordinators to schedule a tour or simply drop by — you'll get a $250 Visit Scholarship when you enroll!

“This may be a small private university, but when it comes to helping students succeed, Concordia has a big and generous heart – including sizeable awards just for transfer students.”
