The role of Student Accounts includes assisting students and their families with billing and payment inquiries, questions, and options for paying for college tuition and fees. A wide scope of areas are encompassed within student accounts, such as tuition, course and technology fees and payment plan enrollment. Please feel free to contact us via phone, email or come visit us in person.
Student billing matters are communicated via email, and therefore, compliance with the Communication Policy is mandatory in order to ensure receipt of email correspondence is received pertaining to student account balances.
Students are required to keep a current, valid email address updated in myCU for all University communications. The student is required to monitor their email addresses in myCU to ensure the email address that is marked ‘Preferred’ is a valid address that the student monitors regularly.
Visit our Financial Aid section for specific questions about tuition, fees, and which scholarships, grants and loan options are available to you.
Tuition Refund Policy
Tuition and course fee refunds are processed based upon the length of each course and the date upon which the course is withdrawn. The detailed tuition and course fee refund policy is found on the Tuition Assessment and Refund Policy page.
