Background
Since 2003, Tom Daniels has served as the Associate Director for the MBA Program in Bend, Oregon. He currently teaches the Ethical Leadership and Organizational Behavior and Project Management courses in the program. Prior to joining Concordia, Tom was appointed as a professor of naval science with Oregon State University, teaching in the areas of engineering, leadership and mathematics.
While serving in the U S Navy, he was Commanding Officer of the Pacific Missile Range test and training facility, Director of Aviation Training and Department of Defense Deputy Program Manager for R & D Systems. His professional experience includes implementing Total Quality Management, Six Sigma and Economic Development programs as well as leading project teams for high tech and management information systems. Mr. Daniels has been recognized by the City of Pensacola and Island of Kauai for his leadership in community service and building relationships. He is a member of the board of directors for City Club of Bend.
