Off-campus Housing at Concordia
Dear Concordia Student,
Our goal in Student Services is to not only assist you find housing that will meet your needs, but also have the information and resources at your fingertips to be knowledgeable about how to proceed in your off-campus housing search, understand what it means to rent from someone other than the University (i.e. - landlord), and educate yourself on your rights as a renter. One of the best ways we believe we can do this is to empower you with information that is useful, timely, and organized so it is easy to use.
To that end, we have done research and provided numerous resources, links, information and a forum that we hope you will find helpful in your search. Some of the listings/resources provide housing specifically targeted toward the traditional-aged college student (i.e. - College Housing Northwest in downtown Portland). Some of the listings may simply be a room for rent in someone's home near the University. Listings will change regularly, so be sure to check back often.
