Residence Hall Damage Deposit (refundable): $150 per year
Campus Housing fee includes a student-assessed fee of $30 per semester for Residence Life activities and programs. Returning students who elect to terminate their campus-housing contract before May 2nd are subject to a contract cancellation fee of $250.
Campus Dining Services
- 50 meals + $675 Flex Dollars = $1,720 per semester (The Cavalier Plan)
- 75 meals + $625 Flex Dollars = $1,775 per semester (The Concordia Plan)
- 100 meals + $600 Flex Dollars = 1,840 per semester (The Hagen Plan)
- 7 meals per week + $400 Flex Dollars = $1,675 per semester (The Traditional Plan)

30 meals + $345 Flex Dollars = $840 per semester (The Apartment Plan)*
*This plan is ONLY available to those living in apartment housing. This plan is the minimum requirement for sophomores under 21 in apartments and open to all others in apartments as well.
Off-campus students and students living in campus apartments may purchase full meal plans (through Student Services) or "munch money" in various amounts (through Dining Services). Refer to program brochure or www.cudining.com for details.
