Student Health Services
Our Director of Student Health Services/Campus Nurse provides caring and confidential health care to Concordia University students with an emphasis on health education. There is no charge for nurse visit.
Services
- Health counseling and education
- Referrals/assistance with MD and other health care providers
- Triage to same day medical care
- Assessment and over the counter medication for minor illness and conditions
- Immunization counseling and referral for immunizations
- Referral for TB testing
- Nutrition and weight counseling
- Blood pressure checks
- Vision screening

Forms (required by Student Health Services)
Health Insurance
All undergraduate students are required to have health insurance. If you do not currently have health insurance, you may purchase a plan designed for Concordia University students through AIS (Academic Insurance Solutions). Please visit the AIS website to learn more about the insurance plan and then either purchase health insurance (Enrollment Form) or opt out by providing the information from your current health insurance provider (Waiver Form).
Graduate students are welcome to purchase health insurance through AIS as well.
Same Day Medical Care (weekdays, evenings and most holidays)
You will need to use your health insurance or other finances. Costs vary.
