Concordia U. Hosts Free, Public Events in Nov. and Dec.

Nov. 20, 2013, 6:30-8 pm. – Nursing Info Night
Concordia University will host an info night for prospective students interested in its bachelor of science in nursing. The event will be held in Luther Hall, Room L121. For more information or to RSVP, visit www.concordianursing.com

Dec. 3, 6 p.m. – Community Christmas Tree Lighting. Join the NE Portland community under the portico at Concordia University’s George R. White Library & Learning Center featuring carols led by Concordia choirs and music ensembles and with a special visit by Santa & Mrs. Claus.

Dec. 6 & 7 at 7 p.m. and Dec. 8 at 3:00 p.m.– Christmas Chorale at St. Michael’s Lutheran Church, 6700 NE 29th Ave.  The Concordia University choirs and instrumental ensembles will extol the Christmas story through song and scripture as they present their annual Christmas Chorale. The audience will be encouraged to join in the singing of Advent and Christmas carols.
