Concordia U. Hosts Free, Public Events in February and March

Concordia University will host a series of free, public events during the month of February on its Portland, Ore. campus at 2811 N.E. Holman St., unless otherwise noted. For a full list of events, visit www.cu-portland.edu/calendar. 

Feb 1 - April 12. (Saturdays only) - Concordia University Free Tax Assistance
For the fifth year in a row, Concordia university accounting students are volunteering to provide free tax assistance to the Concordia community. Every Saturday 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Feb. 1-April 12 in the George R. White Library & Learning Center, 2800 NE Liberty St. Make an appointment by calling Jeff Christianson at 503-493-6250. Last year, over 100 tax returns were filed, generating over $250,000 in refunds.

Feb. 15, 8 a.m-12 p.m. – Financial Aid Workshop
Concordia University will host a workshop for prospective students to meet with financial aid representatives will answer your questions about paying for school and more. Feb. 15, 9-11:30 a.m. – MBA Class Visit
