Construction begins on Faubion School & Concordia University-Portland’s College of Education
More than 400 students, educators, elected officials, and community members gathered on a warm, sunny morning to break ground and celebrate the development of a signature new facility for education in Portland, Ore., Thurs., April 7, 2016.
“This is how we turn hope into opportunity,” said City of Portland Mayor Charlie Hales.

Concordia University-Portland Nursing Program is pleased to announce the appointment of a new director, Dr. Donna Bachand.
Dr. Donna Bachand has served Concordia University-Portland Nursing Program as a professor since its inception in 2004, playing an instrumental role in the development of course work and curricula. In addition to her clinical and classroom teaching, Bachand leads student trips to Mexico and Nicaragua for clinical experience and service.
