Michelle has taught courses in organizational behavior and leadership since completing her Master's degree in 2000. Her specialization is in leadership development and she recently founded a non-profit organization called Passion Based Leadership. She finds inspiration in living simply and enjoys watching TED Talks and working with students to host TEDx events on campus. At Concordia, she teaches in both the undergraduate business program and the MBA program, but welcomes the opportunity to get to work with students from all disciplines across campus.
