Jodi Nafzger
Jodi Nafzger is an Assistant City Attorney with the Boise City Attorney's Office where she has been employed since 2002. In this capacity, she handles misdemeanor criminal prosecution and provides police advice and training for both the Meridian Police Department and Boise Police Department. Jodi also serves on committees assigned to downtown livability issues for the City of Boise and drafts legislation for review by the Mayor and City Council. Jodi has also taught at the Idaho Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Academy as well as Boise and Meridian Citizens Police Academies. Jodi has previously been a member of the Government Law Section of the Idaho State Bar and a chairperson for the Idaho Law Foundation's Law Related Education Committee which administers Idaho's Regional Mock Trail Competition.
Jodi received a Bachelor of Journalism in 1996 from the top-ranked Missouri School of Journalism and is a 1999 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. Jodi is a member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Boise. She and her husband enjoy many of Idaho's outdoor activities with their two young boys.
