Financial Assistance for Mission Training Center/L.A.P. Courses

Mission Training Center/L.A.P.'s many generous friends have made it possible to offer a limited number of matching
grants for those taking Mission Training Center/L.A.P. courses. Matching grants of up to $50 per course are available.

The follow these simple steps:

  1. Discuss with your congregation about your interest in taking Mission Training Center/L.A.P. courses.
  2. Ask them to partner with you financially as you take these courses.
  3. Enroll for a Mission Training Center/L.A.P. course and ask your congregation to send their
    contribution to the Mission Training Center/L.A.P. Administrator (noting the student's name and
    course title).
  4. Upon receipt of your congregation's contribution, Mission Training Center/L.A.P. will match their
    amount up to $50, and apply both to the course fee of that course.

Please note:

  1. Funds will not be sent to you.
  2. Matching grant funds will only be credited only for current courses.
  3. Priority is given to LCMS members who are involved in Word and Service/Word and Sacrament ministry.
