Krista provides instruction and reference services for science and nursing students and faculty (and just about any other subject area). She completed her M.Ed. thesis on “How to Motivate Undergraduate Students to Learn Research Skills” in 2015 and wrote a chapter "Building a Green Community at the Concordia University Library" for the book Greening Libraries, published in the summer of 2012. She has also written book and database reviews.
Beyond CU, she freelances as a copy editor and enjoyed serving on the planning teams for local TEDx events and the World Domination Summit in 2013. In addition to information literacy, she is passionate about traveling, birdwatching, and tennis, and enjoys exploring the great outdoors.
