At Concordia, Judy taught competencies for research and courses in networking and Internet resources. Judy writes extensively in the library professional literature, concentrating on online reserves, system support management, information ethics, intellectual property, the Holocaust, and electric and hybrid cars. She has authored Plagiarism, Copyright Violation and Other Theft of Intellectual Property (McFarland ,1998) and co-authored Electric and Hybrid Vehicles: A History, 1st and 2nd ed. (McFarland, 2005, 2010). Her reviews and articles have appeared in the Charleston Advisor, the Journal of Information Ethics, RQ (Reference Quarterly), and Computers in Libraries. Judy formally retired from Concordia at the end of spring semester 2017.
