Setting Up a New Account
New Student Sign Up
To access the Concordia's online network you must first create your network account. You use your SSN and Network Access Code (NAC). You should have received your NAC as part of your orientation material.
NAC is short for Network Authentication Code. Concordia's ITS Department sends these automatically to new students to be used in signing up for a network account (Staff and Faculty accounts are automatically created - no NAC is generated). Using the NAC (a 5 digit number) and another piece of personal information you can sign up for a network account. Your NAC is used ONCE to sign up / create a network account and NEVER AGAIN.
You will normally receive your NAC through U.S. Mail prior to your course start date.
If you did not receive this or you have lost the NAC, bring a picture ID and stop by Help Desk located on the main floor of the library or contact support@cu-portland.edu to find out how to get your NAC re-mailed to you through the U.S. Postal Service. (Due to privacy concerns your NAC cannot be given out over the phone or by e-mail.)
Note: If you already have created your network account in the past but have forgotten your network username or password, you will need to contact the helpdesk at support@cu-portland.edu.
