Help Desk

The primary mission of the Help Desk is to ensure that the technical resources available to faculty, staff and students at Concordia University are functioning properly. This includes support for those located physically on the Concordia campus, and those located at a distance (for example WebCT learners). The Help Desk’s secondary mission is to provide basic educational support for those technologies.

Think of the Concordia University Help Desk as your technical support group. We're here to help!

The Help Desk can help you with such tasks as:

  • Configuring Outlook.
  • Locating features in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Help determine if a specific feature is possible in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Establish network connectivity between your computer hardware and Concordia University’s computer network.
