- Apply to Concordia University:
- Send a copy of the applying student's passport
- Send an official transcript from all previously attended educational institutions (high schools, language schools, colleges and/or universities) and an English translation of the transcript if the transcript is in another language. Concordia also grants credits for Advanced Placement (AP) scores of 3 or higher, and recognizes the the International Baccalaureate (IB) program for higher-level (HL) exams. - Send completed Statement of Financial Guarantee form.
- Send completed International Health History form.
- Send completed Certificate of Immunization form.
- Send one recommendation from either a current academic instructor or employer/supervisor.
- Have the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the IELTS score results sent to us. Our institutional TOEFL Code is 4079.
- If you need English training and cannot meet our TOEFL or IELTS requirements*, you may apply to ELS Language Centers and be conditionally admitted based on completion of the final level at this approved English language school.
- If you are transferring a visa from another school within the United States, send a copy of the applying student's current I-20 and the US Transfer Information form signed by the International Student Advisor at the school you are attending.
- If you are a Canadian student and applying as an incoming freshmen, an SAT or ACT score must be submitted. The minimum scores are 480 on the critical reading portion of the SAT, or an 18 composite score on the ACT. Our institutional SAT code is 4079.
- If you are a graduate student, you may have other or additional requirements for the college or school you are applying to.
