Background
I am happy to be joining the Concordia University faculty and the nursing program. I was born and raised in Austin, Minnesota, and attend Montana State University in Bozeman. My dissertation work investigated moral decision making and integrity in nursing students. My nursing experience extends a broad range from medical surgical, geriatric, and leadership to nursing education. I recently taught in the Montana University System and chaired the nursing program at Helena College of Technology. Since relocating to Oregon, I spent one year at Chemeketa Community College prior to accepting the position at Concordia University. I reside in Tualatin with my husband and three sons.
