Financial Aid for Transfer Students
There are two basic types of transfer students who attend Concordia University.
Transfers - Bachelor of Arts
The first is the traditional transfer student, with 12 or more college credits from an accredited institution, who are transfering into a Bachelor of Arts or Associate of Arts degree program. (Those students with less than 12 credit hours should consult the freshmen financial aid pages.)
Transfers - Degree Completion (B.S.)
The second type of transfer student who attends Concordia usually enrolls in a degree completion Bachelor of Science Program. The degree completion student will usually have life experience, which may qualify for college credit, in addition to some college credits from an accredited institution. There is a difference in the types of aid for which these students qualify, but both must first apply for financial aid.
