Background

Michael Godsey, Ph.D. joined the faculty of Concordia University in 2005, following ten years of research in structural biochemistry. His recent research interests include the structural biology of neurotransporters (in collaboration with Yale University) and structural genomics (in collaboration with Northwestern University in Chicago) Dr. Godsey's postdoctoral work in cancer prodrug metabolism at the University of Illinois in Chicago is being pursued by students at CU under his supervision. Michael taught 7-8th grades at a Lutheran elementary school prior to returning to school to pursue his graduate degrees. Currently, Michael is teaching biochemistry, the chemistry 101/102 series and acting I.
