The College of Theology, Arts, & Sciences strives to create a community of mature, critical thinkers informed by the Christian faith who become leaders in service to church and society.

Here is the soul, heart, and mind of Concordia’s Lutheran approach to liberal arts education. We stand with Martin Luther in asserting that any human claim of authority must past the test of reason and inspiration. Whether your goal is seminary, graduate school or a laboratory, the learning you accomplish in these programs will prepare you to think critically and infuse your work with feeling, spirit, and artistry — to enrich you with such a profound sense of purpose and joy, that the work you do after you leave here will transform your self and the communities you love.
