Background
Jan has been at Concordia since 1995. Prior to that time she taught in various Junior Highs, Middle Schools and High Schools in Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, and Virginia. She is a Professor of Education, and currently teaches in the MAT/E and M.Ed. Program. In 1999 she assumed the directorship of the Graduate Education Programs. With the growth of the programs, she assumed the Directorship of Graduate Studies which incorporates all Curriculum and Administrative candidates. She is a past president of the Oregon Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (OACTE). Current duties include teaching in the Off-site cohort program.
