David Pollock, Senior Advisor, Ashoka
David Pollock is a senior advisor at Ashoka, the organization that supports social entrepreneurs
globally. During his career Pollock has successfully grown businesses, guided companies out of leveraged
situations, recruited and developed great people, and is a hands-on leader. Pollock has had an extensive
international business career spanning 35 years living on three continents. He lived in Asia (12 years) and
Europe (10 years) before settling in Portland in 1995.
Pollock has close ties with local government and provides advice on environmental issues from a
business point of view.

Steve Clark, President, Portland Tribune
Steve Clark is president of the Portland Tribune newspaper and president and Publisher of Community
Newspapers, a group of 17 weekly and monthly community newspapers published in Multnomah,
Washington, and Clackamas counties.
Clark serves on the TriMet Board of Directors and is the Oregon Business Plan's initiative leader on
strategies to improve the state’s transportation systems.
Clark is active in local, regional and state economic development, education funding, transportation,
and land use issues. He was a member of a 10-person task force appointed by the Governor and
Legislature to recommend changes in Oregon's 30-year-old land use system. He helped lead the creation
of a transportation investment and strategy package adopted by the 2009 Oregon Legislature.
Pat Reiten, President, Pacific Power
Pat Reiten is president of Pacific Power at PacifiCorp, a position he has held since September
2006. Reiten is responsible for delivering electricity safely and reliably to 733,000 customers in
Oregon, Washington, and California, and also manages the West's largest single owned-and-operated
transmission system. Pacific Power is a 100-year-old company serving 243 communities across the three
states.
Prior to joining PacifiCorp, Reiten was president and chief executive officer of PNGC Power, an energy
cooperative located in Portland, Ore. He was appointed to that position in May 2002 and was responsible
for the overall operations of two corporate entities (PNGC Power and Power Resources Cooperative).
Previously, Reiten served as an aide to U.S. Sen. Mark O. Hatfield, responsible for many issues,
particularly those associated with the U.S. Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. He also
served as an official in several different capacities at the U.S. Department of Interior, including deputy
director of the U.S. Bureau of Land Management.
Jeani Winterbourne, President, CEO of Umpqua Investments Inc.
Jeani Winterbourne is president and CEO of Umpqua Investments Inc. Umpqua Investments is the
investment advisory arm of Umpqua Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: UMPQ) with offices in Oregon and northern
California. In this role, Winterbourne is responsible for the division's operations, business development,
and expansion. She also works with Umpqua's wealth management division to enhance financial planning
offerings throughout the bank.
Winterbourne has more than 28 years of brokerage experience. Most recently she was senior
vice president of operations and business development at Umpqua Investments where she managed
regulatory and compliance initiatives, sales development, training, and service programs. Prior to joining
Umpqua Investments, Winterbourne worked as a market area administrative officer for UBS Financial.
She also spent 23 years at Smith Barney, where she began her career. Winterbourne has been acting in a
series of leadership roles for the past 24 years.
