By submitting this form, I understand that I must complete my volunteer experience with the integrity and professionalism expected of every CU community. I understand that by submitting this form, I am eligible to participate in CU Service Experiences; however, I will still need to sign-up for any experiences I would like to participate in and complete a CU Volunteer Orientation.
