Northwest Power and Planning Council presents Global Warming: A talk by former Oregon Secretary of State Bill Bradbury. Secretary Bradbury will be talking to the Global Warming seminar class and the public is invited. He will discuss recent advances in understanding global warming and the response of Oregon to the challenges that are ahead.
