How to Apply as a Transfer Student
College transfer students are those students who have attended an accredited college or university for a minimum of twelve semester credits or eighteen quarter credits in course work approved by the university Registrar.
NOTE: If you are interested in applying for the summer BSN cohort, please see the Nursing transfer requirements for additional application materials and information. Transfer students applying to take their pre-requisite nursing classes at Concordia will need to submit the information requested below.
Some programs have additional admission requirement for transfer students. If you are applying to a degree completion program such as the BS Business, BS in Health Care Administration, or BS in Social Work programs please consult the Degree Completion page.
Concordia University has a rolling admission process, however, applications submitted by the following dates are given priority:

Ready to Apply? Please submit the following:
- Undergraduate transfer students may apply online for free or you may download the print application and submit it with your $40 application fee.
- Coordinate with Concordia University for your transcript release. Fill out the transcript release form and return to Concordia University. If there are further questions, an Admissions Counselor will contact you.
- Request that a teacher or academic advisor submit a recommendation to CU on your behalf. CU will accept your recommendation on the downloadable recommendation form or as a personal letter.
