By completing the Master of Arts In Teaching English rto Speakers of Other Languages (MA TESOL) degree at Concordia University, you will be qualified to teach English as a foreign or second language. You will also gain a better understanding of English and its structure, as well as learn the latest theories and techniques for teaching a second language.
Graduates of the MA TESOL will be qualified to teach in ESL programs in universities, community colleges or social service agencies in the United States and abroad. In addition, you can also seek employment in foreign countries as teachers of English as a second language at any educational level.
