Preparing to Inspire a Generation of Young Minds
Developing the next generation of teachers has been a cornerstone of Concordia University’s academic purpose for more than 100 years. The College of Education focuses on nurturing potential educators so that they will, one day, do the same in their classrooms. Here, you can learn to teach early childhood, elementary, middle school, and high school students. You can design and direct Christian education programs in schools or churches. And you can further your education with a master’s or doctorate program – many of which you can do online.
A Call to Serve
Through a rigorous mix of time-tested curriculum and in-classroom training, an education degree from Concordia will help you prepare future generations to learn and to create their own life successes. Our teaching programs are approved by the Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) and by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU). If teaching is your calling, Concordia is your school.
