Director of Alumni and Parent Relations

Brief Position Summary: The Director of Alumni and Parent Relations position will provide outstanding leadership, initiative, and management to build and strengthen a comprehensive Alumni and Parent Relations Program for Concordia University focused on increasing alumni and parent participation and financial support. In addition to implementing a multi-faceted program that serves thousands of alumni, as well as the parents and key family members of these alumni, the Director is a strategic leader, fundraiser, and team player, providing vision, direction and support to strengthen alumni involvement with and financial support of the school. Concordia is a private, Christian, liberal arts university open to students of any faith. Campus Pastor

Brief Position Summary: Concordia University is searching for a pastor to serve as the spiritual voice to provide leadership to worship, spiritual formation, and pastoral care of the Concordia University community. The Campus Pastor will lead a strategic and tactical effort to make worship, spiritual formation, and pastoral care to create points of departure into the surrounding area to be of service and become a net contributor to the community at large.
