- Financial Aid Counselor – Online Education (CA)

- Brief Position Summary: Concordia University seeks to immediately fill the position of Financial Aid Counselor for the University's online education programs. The position is located in our Financial Aid office in Campbell, California. Responsibilities include financial aid counseling to prospective and current students, support of Enrollment Specialists for recruiting students, and full-service financial aid processing to include awarding, FAFSA verification and loan certification. Requires commitment to high-quality, proactive customer service, as well as ability to learn and comply with federal and institutional policies regulating student aid. Bachelor’s degree preferred, some post-secondary education required. Requires minimum 2 years successful experience in college financial aid or other finance-related or data management experience in post-secondary education. This position is responsible for overseeing all operations of the Registrar’s Office, as well as management of Registrar office staff. The Registrar collaborates with other campus leaders to design quality student services and protect student records.
