Alabama
Concordia University has been granted authorization by the State of Alabama under Ala. Code 16-5-10 (14) (1975) to offer the academic degree programs described herein. Since credentials earned through the College of Education do not automatically qualify for teacher certification, endorsement, and/or salary benefits within the State of Alabama, prospective students are advised to contact the Alabama State Superintendent of Education.

Arkansas
Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board certification does not constitute an endorsement of any institution or program. Such certification merely indicates that certain criteria have been met as required under the rules and regulations implementing institutional and program certification as defined in Arkansas Code §6-61-301.

Utah
Concordia University has met the requirement s of Utah Code Ann. 13-34-107.5 to be a registered institution required under 34 C.F.R 600.9 to be legally authorized by the State of Utah to offer online degree programs for MBA, M.Ed and ED.D.

Washington
Concordia University is authorized by the Washington Student Achievement Council and meets the requirements and minimum educational standards established for degree-granting institutions under the Degree-Granting Institutions Act. This authorization is subject to periodic review and authorizes Concordia University to offer specific degree programs. The Council may be contacted for a list of currently authorized programs. Authorization by the Council does not carry with it an endorsement by the Council of the institution or its programs. Any person desiring information about the requirements of the act or the applicability of those requirements to the institution may contact the Council at P.O. Box 43430, Olympia, WA 98504-3430. 

This authorization is subject to periodic review and authorizes Concordia University to advertise and recruit for the following degree programs: MBA, M.Ed. and ED.D

Wisconsin
Concordia University has met the requirements of the Wisconsin Administrative Code EAB § 4.01 to be a registered institution and legally authorized by the State of Wisconsin to offer online degree programs for the MBA, M.Ed and Ed.D.
